DenCol offers two punch plasma machines.
One of DenCol’s punch/plasma machines
boasts 40 ton punching capacity for a .937” maximum
hole through 1/2” A36 steel. The machine’s
hole-to-hole accuracy is +/- .010. With
a maximum plasma capacity of 200 amps it
has the ability to process 3/4" plate.
The hole to edge tolerance is +/- .030.
The other punch/plasma machine processes plate
through 1 1/4”. With 177 tons of punching
power a maximum hole size of 1 3/4” through
1” material is possible.
